3 months- No no working out . Hypogonadal 230T- Felt like ass- Doc put me on Cream- 3 months later I feel much better but never worked out in my life- Now I feel like should be taking advantage of this journey I started. Any encouragement and/or advice would be great!

First Bloods- 3 months on cream two clicks twice a day and 14 hours applied before getting bloods- 83 seem low? Doc appt. about it next week but wondering if this is normal? Honestly I dont feel much different then I started(T230).
